Lugosch Architect, Inc. is dedicated to the exploration of the space and form of our daily lives through the use of material and detail, the integration of natural and artificial lighting, and the design of environmentally progressive residential architecture. We work to serve our clients, always striving to make a fit of budget, life style, architecture, and site; exploring ways to deliver the best value to our clients.

We are a two person firm headed by Kathleen Lugosch who established Lugosch Architect in 1986, and joined by Hernan Barufaldi in 2004. We have chosen to keep our office small. Nonetheless, we provide a broad range of services by teaming with highly skilled consultants. We create working teams to fit each individual project and client.
