Our approach to our work is crafted to fit each client and each project.

As with most architects, we are always sketching our thoughts by hand. We also enjoy using the incredible technology that is available to architects and designers. Our work is visualized in 3D architectural software during the design process and prior to going into construction or manufacture. We feel this is the best way for our clients to be able to “experience” their new design before committing to project completion.

We believe we have a responsibility to work with our clients to design and build environmentally positive architecture. We are able to build energy models for a project to fine tune the “value” of our architecture, putting our clients’ money where it will deliver the greatest environmental payback.

Lugosch Architect has a long history of designing custom residential architecture, new construction, additions and renovations, paying attention to how a space will ‘feel’ using the architectural ‘tools’ of proportion, light, material, detail.
